Try your hand at needle felting these super cute succulents!
These sculptural wool plants are perfect for a windowsill or work space and they never need to be watered.
This is a fairly involved project with so many little leaves to make, but with the included video instructions, it can be tackled even by a beginner.
Felting time: about 3 hrs. per plant depending on individual felting speed.
This kit is intended for adults and kids over 10 yrs. who possess good manual dexterity, hand-eye coordination, and ability to work with focus and care. (Caution - felting needles are sharp!)
The kit includes:
- Leaf template
- Four color-coded felting needles in a handy paper tube
- Felting wool
- Three wooden pots
- Beginner's Guide to Needle Felting (a bit of general information)
- Instruction Sheet with pictures of every step
- Link to video instructions (highly recommended!)
You'll also need...
A felting mat (such as a foam or wool mat) to use as a work surface, if you don't already have one. Once you have a mat, it can be used for many projects. If you select to add a mat to your kit, it'll come with a 5"x5"x2" foam mat. This size is great for small sculptural projects and is highly portable!
