Free No Contact Pickup Orders
Free No Contact Pick Up at the studio is an option available for orders placed online.
Pick up is only available between the hours of 2-5pm on Tuesdays and Fridays.
Please wait for the email that let's you know the order is ready for you during a future pickup window.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR PICK UP:
We recommend using the convenient short-term loading zone parking right in front of our door.
When you arrive, come on in and your order (labeled with your name) will be out on the table up front waiting for you. Before you leave, let the staff person know your name and order number and you're good to go!
We have strict social distancing and hygienic standards in place to keep our staff and customers safe and thank you in advance for following directions. Thank you!
If you're unable to attend an in-studio workshop, please contact us as soon as possible.
We require 72 hours notice prior to class to issue a full refund of the class fee.
We require 48 hours notice prior to class to transfer you to another available session or provide credit toward a future workshop.
If Assembly needs to cancel a class due to low enrollment or other related concerns, we’ll be in contact with those who’ve registered about options for a refund or credit.
Please let us know as soon as possible if you're unable to attend. We will issue refunds, transfers, or credits of the class registration fee only ($20) and require contact via email in advance of the class with the request. Once the supplies are shipped or marked as ready for pickup, these are now yours!
If a Class Pack was used to register for the online class and any related supplies have already been shipped or marked as ready for pickup, you are no longer eligible for a full workshop credit back on your Pack. You do have the option to transfer to another available session of the same online class or a gift card for $20 to use in the future.
In-Studio Workshop Experiences
We're aligning with federal, state, and local guidelines to mitigate as many risks as we can in creating a healthy and safe (and fun!) environment to work and make. This includes updated cleaning protocols, new methods of providing technique demonstrations, and little to no shared supplies between students.
Classes are filled to less than 50% capacity (max of 9 people) to allow for physical distancing between the seats at our 3 large tables.
Seats are pre-assigned and people registered together will be seated together as a party. If you've signed up separately from a friend and want to sit together, please email to let us know!
Face coverings are required for students during the check-in and seating process and we have a "most of the time" policy during class to accommodate enjoying a beverage.
Questions or concerns? Please ask!
Most of our in-studio workshops are between 2 and 3 hours and all of the materials, equipment and instruction will be provided.
Unless otherwise noted, all workshops are for those 16 years of age or over. We also periodically offer events for ages 10 and over.
Each person in attendance needs to be registered, we're currently not able to accommodate unpaid guests for the class.
You should arrive to workshops at least 10 minutes early to get checked in.
In keeping with the social atmosphere of our events, we have a variety of beverages available for purchase to enjoy during class such as coffee, tea, sparkling waters, beer, wine, and cider. Bringing in outside alcohol to drink during class is prohibited.
Some of our projects can get messy or stain clothing. It is a good idea to always wear something you can live with getting damaged. Check the class’s details page for specific advice on what to wear.
Online Class Experiences
Pre-registration through our website is required to attend an online class.
Online classes are typically one hour long and are hosted virtually through the Zoom video conferencing platform. The details for joining are emailed after registration. Go here for more information about technology and accessing online classes.
All class times listed are in Pacific Time Zone.
You’ll need to gather the necessary supplies listed in the class description to follow along at home. A couple of the classes include the supplies in the class fee, but most require ordering a kit in addition to class registration. Some household supplies, like masking tape, scissors, paper towels, or cup of water, may also be required in addition to supply kits.
Please purchase everything in advance so you’re prepared and ready at class time!
Gift Certificates & Class Packs
Gift certificates and Class Packs purchased through the website are delivered via email.
The certificate or Class Pack voucher may be used toward all Assembly workshops, classes, and events, unless otherwise noted. Gift certificates may also be used for retail purchases online or in the studio.
Gift certificates and Class Packs do not expire and all sales are final.
