Twirl into the holidays with the art of paper quilling!

Join us for a live virtual online class to learn the detailed art of paper quilling: rolling, gluing and folding strips of paper to create a three dimensional design using basic shapes such as circles, teardrops, triangles, and more.

Supply kit provided and no experience necessary!

Follow along and ask questions in real time with instruction and demonstration from our talented Teaching Artist via the Zoom video platform.

In this seasonal session we’ll be creating holiday-themed designs on painted and embellished wood slice ornaments.

After class you’ll be able to apply your new found paper crafting skills to decorate greeting cards, gift tags, wall decor, and more!

Class time listed is Pacific Time Zone.

Teaching Artist
Callie Assembly teacher

Callie McAuliffe (she/her) is a native Portlander who found her love of arts and crafts at an early age. After briefly experimenting with many mediums, she finally found her favorite creative outlets. Artist and creator behind Callie Mac Design, she now focuses on all things wooden and woven. Callie loves bright colors and drawing inspiration from the beauty of the Pacific Northwest. She has been teaching classes since 2018, and when not teaching arts and crafts, she is teaching students life skills as a middle school counselor. Craft nights and crafternoons are some of Callie’s favorite things, especially when they bring makers together!
