In this beginner workshop you’ll be introduced to a fun hand wrapping and shaping technique that can be used to make sculptural fiber art.

Working with soft cotton rope, a variety of yarns, and a few additional tools and supplies, you’ll create a 6" fiber rainbow ready to hang on the wall to add some color and playfulness to any room. Learn the insider tips and tricks for a neat and secure wrap and finished assembly.

Once you master the method, the sky is the limit to the shapes and objects you can make. We’ll set you off on a path towards more wall art, garlands, jewelry, or even embellishments to macrame or weaving projects!

All supplies and equipment will be provided.

Unless otherwise noted, workshops are for those 16 years of age or over.

Cancellation Policy- We require 72 hours notice via email in order to issue any class fee refunds, transfers, or credits. Learn more about our policies

(optional) Take home one of our Wrapped Fiber Art Kits and make one more!

Select the "Class Registration & Kit Bundle” option during registration (+$25), and you'll take home a kit to make another piece of wrapped fiber art. Create a matched rainbow for the living room or give your custom art as a gift! This kit includes over 3' of rope, wire, needle, and warp thread. Provide your own preferred yarns (any kind will do!) and you’re ready to go!
