How do I cancel my workshop registration?
Our cancellation polices are crucial to the sustainability of our small business and thanks in advance for understanding.
A notice via email of at least 72 hours prior to class is required to issue a refund. At least 48 hours of notice is required to issue any credits or transfers. Requests after this timing or no-shows to class forfeit the class fee.
When are you open?
Our current open hours are based on our in-studio class schedule- most Wednesday and Thursday evenings and Saturday and Sunday afternoons!
Feel free to come by starting at 1 hour before and also during a class to pick up an order, ask questions, etc.

What are your policies related to COVID 19?
6/29/21 Mask Update:
Following the state of Oregon removing emergency restrictions, we've updated our mask and social distancing policies:
Mask policy
If you're fully vaccinated, wearing a mask is optional. Be prepared to show proof of vaccination if you'd like to attend maskless. This could be your paper vaccine card, a photo of it, or some other digital record.
If you're not fully vaccinated, please continue to wear a mask to protect yourself and others that aren't vaccinated!
Class sizes are increasing
We're gradually increasing our total class size across the month of July, from less than 50% (9 people) to close to max (18 people). This means people will be seated in closer proximity to others.
Can you notify me when a particular workshop is scheduled again?

Do you offer private workshops?
Yes! We can do live virtual class with supply kits shipped directly to participants as well as in-person classes both in our studio or off-site at another location. Perfect for corporate team building events, family and friend get togethers, etc. Fill out the form on this page to start the conversation!
